On this episode we talk with Mike Kenney, AKA Dak Roland, who is a friend of Jeremy’s that has been living in Japan for the past few years. We discuss everything from being a US fan living in Japan to the TF Expo recently held in Tokyo. Check out the show notes below for some of the pictures from the Expo that we discussed on the show.

Hey guys, this not a correction but more of a extra tidbit when you guys were discussing Gundam and the age group for it. gundam’s age group is both, from what I have seen. it depends on what gundam series, you have installments like build fighters which is clearly made for kids and you have Zeta and 8th MS Team which has a more mature theme to it. and also to add to when you guys were talking about being an otaku (anime fan) in japan. it is a little odd hearing that since anime is a big business over there. even here in the states otakus do get ridiculed (being a die hard anime otaku myself)
Sorry if this sounds like its off topic.
(Copying this from the episode 63 discussion because I accidentally posted it in there somehow. Sorry.)
Great show guys. I understand how long it takes to record and produce a podcast, so you really are spoiling us listeners with two episodes in one week. Thanks for including me on ‘The List’. 😉
Thank you for answering my question during the last show. Just after the episode I found that Toyworld is going to have their own Dinobot combiner to compete with GCreation’s Shuraking. So now I have two sets of toys to long after, knowing I will never be able to afford them.
With IDW comics having their big combiner war event early next year do you think fans will eventually become sick of combiners? Are there any new combiners you would like to see? Personally I would like to see an all female Transformer set.
What the heck!, I check on Tuesday morning and there are two eps to download???!!….
It looks like today is off to a GREAT start!!!
So I can expect this regularly now, right?
