  1. I take my pledge back for for that Avs comment you filthy Leafs fan!!! I’m just kidding, good show as always guys!

  2. After finishing the episode this morning and listening to the feedback section, I wanted to give some feedback for Yoshi. Yes you are biased to the 80s transformers but I think you are well valued for the show. You bring a bunch of entertainment, laughter, and you’re not afraid to speak your mind. All 4 off you have a great chemistry together and I hope that continues for years to come.

    And for Darryl, go Avs!!!

  3. When the current series goes back to #1 will they still be named the same or will their names be different ? Being the comic collector I am I know these restarts or renumberings will just mean another section of comics to start in my collection. I not complaining granted, but like you I just wish they would have kept going. Would have loved to see the current series reach the 80 and even 100 issue marks. Though who is to say that the renumbered series won’t reach that far or beyond

  4. For the Walgreens info, if it wasn’t for Steve, their head toy buyer (and fellow Chicagoan), we would never have all the cool toys and exclusives we have at Walgreens today. Yeah, not all their stores are awesome, but a lot of them are and their toy aisle went from knock off transforming cars, plushies and cheap dollar store bagged army men to having TMNT, Transformers, GI Joe, Star Wars, WWE, The Walking Dead, Halo, Marvel Legends, Nintendo figures, heck… even NECA figures, which Walmart can barely stock… and tons more I’m forgetting. Almost every single one of those lines I’ve mentioned has had an exclusive too, and not only that, you can almost spit in any direction and hit a store, lol. I for one hope they keep it up and I’m glad he’s part of their team (he’s also a toy collector and geek like us too, so that helps).

As for the feedback about Yoshi, it took some time getting used to him when I first started listening (about 9 months ago), but to be honest, those episodes he’s not there, just don’t seem right and I find myself missing him. He makes the show alot more well rounded and I think all of you guys have a different way of bringing things to the table, Yoshi just has more effs to bring with them. You guys are like the Ghostbusters(the classic one… and no, not because you have one black guy, lol). Charles is the smart one like Egon, Jeremy is the quiet one like Ray, Yoshi is the funny one like Peter Venkman, and Darryl is Winston… You can use any analogy with 4 members, I just recently watched the movie, so it was fresh in my mind. What I’m trying to say is, STOP LEAVING YOSHI, NO MORE VACATIONS. In all reality thanks guys, I do a lot of driving for a living and you guys help with the stress and I feel like I’m driving around with 4 of my friends laughing and talking about one of the things I love… Voltron… oh wait… wrong podcast, 😀

    • Hey Joe,

I’ve just moved back to America. I now have access to a Walgreens for the first time in my life. I have to eco Jeremy in that the things I see in Walgreens are dated and few. But, I think over the course of the next year, I’ll see some of these exclusives and have a better understanding of how and when Walgreens stocks their toys and exclusives. I’m looking forward to seeing how the year progresses.

Thank you for the kind words also. I know from my point of view, if we are missing a man from our show we all feel it and try hard to compensate during their absence. Either by getting a guest on to fill int he gap or step up our game when we are down to three. Caffeine helps too!

Thanks for listening. I’m glad we can play a small part in making your drives more enjoyable.

      Pete Venkman.
