Ok I have yet to listen to the pc ep yet,but now since I’ve seen ep 7 now… (wondering if it should had stayed asleep)..using the death star in the title ..I just don’t know..my emotions are SO MIXED right now I can’t reflect on them..though since the death star is not the matrix,I’ll go with unicron…

If you get a chance could you ask your source about more information on the Alpha Trion figure he mentioned? Previous reports were that it’s a possible triple changer with a beast and space ship mode. Any idea what sort of beast? Was it a Voyager and a Headmaster? It is possible that it shares a design with either of the Headmaster Horricons, Snapdragon and Apeface? They had jet modes and beast modes, were about Voyager size and had Headmasters, so they would seem to fir into the Titans Return line easily.
I took the survey you guys had. A lot of figures listed in the third party section were 2014 toys. You might want to check the list of 2014 toys and remove those item from your survey. http://en.wikialpha.org/wiki?title=Category:2014_toys&action=edit&redlink=1
Also, Devastator/Constructions are listed both under Leader class toys and combiners.
Thanks Mathew. The Constructicons are listed twice because one category is for best leader/titan class figure, and the Devastator gift set is the only Titan class figure so we put it in with the leader category. The best combiner character is specifically for best combined form regardless of size class.
Darryl’s in charge of the 3rd Party section so I’ll let him double-check that.
Mathew, the 3rd Party section is for figures that became available for purchase during 2015. Sure, it’s possible that I let a few slip by, but basically; If they weren’t on last years survey then it was because they hadn’t been released by the time we put the survey out… so they defaulted into being 2015 toys.
If this isn’t what you’re talking about, then can you please give me some examples for me to look into?
Well, the most obvious mistake is KFC’s Tsunami, which isn’t even out yet. There was an all black version that came out in 2014, but the color version has not been released. It’s been on preorder for about 2 years now.
TFC Nemesis Primars and Perfect Effect Aranea were 2013 releases, so they should probably NOT be on a 2015 toy list by any stretch of the imagination.
Some toys that were released in 2014 on the list include Titanium Saint, Air Strike, Tempest, DIA Stack, Utopia, Quantron, Buster and Atheon.

KFC’s Tsunami (Black and Yellow version) is available on BBTS right now. For me… that qualifies.
I am 100% positive that Titanium Saint, Air Strike, DIA Stack, and Utopia weren’t available for purchase at the time of the 2014 Survey. That being said Tempest, Buster, and Quantron were possibly available.

I am completely surprised and impressed that Tsunami is out. That one was under the radar. It went up for preoder in April 2014, with an expected release of June 2014, and now we get it in December 2015? I’m looking now to find the exact release date. According to google cache, it’s been out for at least 6 days, but no BBTS newsletter has mentioned it this year. TFSource, Robot Kingdom and Upgrade Commander still have it on preorder, so they have not gotten it yet. Captured Prey removed it from their listings it’s been so long.
I just got an email from BBTS saying that Tsunami just started shipping this last week, and they never mentioned it in their newsletter. So a big surprise. I know Keith had plans to possibly make other decos of that mold some day. I will have to write him and ask if they are still planned. The one I was most excited about was a recolor of the mold in Dinobot colors, which was to be called Scoff… after all, sharks were around in prohistoric times along side dinosaurs!
I am so annoyed to hear people complain we have had too many Combiner Wars repaints, when there are figures I’m still waiting to get.
Yes, would LOVE a set of Combiners Wars limbs Seekers.
I also want to complete my Autobot version of Menasor, so we need Jazz, Sideswipe and Windcharger limbs.
I also would love to see generic limbs, like an Autotrooper and Vehicon limb, so we could troop build them. Autotroopers, as well as Checkpoint and X-Brawn limbs appeared in the TFCC magazine comic, so let’s get those!
A Sweep limb too, but that would probably be a new mold. They would be great for the Cyclonus/Galvatron torso.
I’m pretty sure we could get Leozack from Silverbolt to go on to the leaked Liokiaser you guys mentioened in a previous episode.
You could probably make a new version of Road Ceaser by having Star Saber as the chest, the Brainmaster cars as limbs and Galaxy Shuttle from a Takara Blastoff mold.

I’ve passed your invitation from a few months back to Bon, BTW. He’s working diligently on many kits and doesn’t have time, at the moment. But as soon as he’s available, I’ll put him in touch with you guys.
I have already purchased extra Combiner Wars Optimus Prime toys just for his upgrade kits! I want to have Optimus, Ginrai, Ultra Magnus and Nova Prime from him.

I AM TOTALLY EXCITED ABOUT THE TRANSFORMERS “WHAT IF” STORY!!!! I like Darryl loved the “what If” stories and still do. Just seeing stories of what could have happened just seems so exciting. I can’t wait for it and WILL BE pulling a “Shelton” when the story is released,
I am going to pick up another of the red CW Primes for the upgrade as well same with the white Battle Core Prime.
Deviations Huh…. like Max says another what if type of storyline…….
