    Another fantastic episode guys. Since Emmerz and I have like a million questions for you guys, we are calling our dinner together…The Jimmerz and Emmerz Noncast. This is where WE interview YOU. I recently went back and started listening to the show from Episode 1 and it is realy great hearing you guys talk about the old comics since I wondered what you guys thought of Regeneration One and it’s conclusion as well as Dark Cybertron. Being a fan of the old comics (picked up issue 5 at a news stand at 8 years old. Yes, Yoshi, it IS the perfect cover.) i love hearing you guys talk about them. When Regen 1, MTMTE and RID started in 2011/2012 I was excited for Transformers again after so long. Even though I had been getting the IDW hardcover collections as they came out, I always felt something was missing from those stories. Now with all that has happened since, these comics energized me about the franchise for the first time since the Furman stories of 89/90. I’m currently on episode 17. Plenty more to go. You guys are the best.

    I not one to take thing from Matthew Ignash but Slipstream had a few incarnations before Animated. Granted not the Fembot version. I checked the Wiki because I sure I heard it somewhere else. Here is the link to the page list.

    I remember the Slipstream Mini-con from the Transformers (Armada) PS2 game. He was the one you had to get to be able to fly.But there you go.
    I am also liking these new Fembots not sure if I will get them yet but I may down the road. It great to see what Earth universe that the Transformers were in the Marvel comics.I have to admit one thing that bothered me growing up and reading the comics is that where was the Avengers , X-Men , and other Heroes and Villains from the Marvel Universe. I mostly thought the fact of Giant robots over portions of the US would be a issue. I mostly thought this with the guest star of Spiderman in issue 3. But then I thought I guess they had their own problems at the time and thought the Autobots would handle it. Though it would have been nice to see Professor X , the Avengers and Fantastic 4 mingling with the Bots. (Though we did get this with the New Avengers / Transformers comic.
    Lastly guys I have Good News. I am finally able to return to making reviews on my Youtube channel. I haven’t been able to for over 2 months thanks to my camera quitting on me. But I now have a new one !!! I also have a sponsor. Who it is I won’t say because we are still getting things finalized. Though you know who it is.

        It a Canon Powershot SX400. I paid $160 for it. But I got a TON with it. of course it comes with a battery and charger. But the bundle I got it in had not 1 but 2 more batteries. A small snake Tripod, a lens cleaning kit, a 64GB memory card, a screen cleaning kit, and a memory card flash drive. I have to admit I loved getting so much for it for a great price. And I got it from Walmart.com. So it worked out. The only downside i find to it is that the camera is smaller than I thought it would be. But I still love it. If you have seen my video over the last week where I am testing out different setups you can see what kind of quality it is. Though I still need to get some better lights I think. But it could just be me.

    I have my own predictions come Combiner Wars that I want to put out here before SDCC. Let’s see how badly I do.

    1. Powermaster Optimus Prime will be a heavy remold of Leader Ultra Magnus, with Minimus Ambus replaced by High-Q. Possibly it will be a Headmaster.

    2. Combiner Wars will feature one Autobot and one Decepticon Titan class figure who turns into bases. The line will be heavy with toys that have third “base” modes and Headmasters, allowing these base modes to attach to the Titan’s city mode. For instance Blaster will turn into the communications tower for Fortress Maximus city. The little head robots will be the citizens of the cities.

    3. Titan Wars Soundwave will be a heavy remold of Titan Wars Blaster.

    4. Combiner Wars Legends Buzzsaw’s three modes are meant to interact with the city too, it’s vehicle mode can drive around on the ramps or whatever, with Soundwave’;s headmaster riding him! Bird mode can mount on large Soundwave’s arm. Tablet mode slides into large Soundwave’s cassette player mode.

    5. Buzzsaw is also half of a combiner, where some other cassette will form the other half of a combined form.

    6. This one is a bit of a stretch, but it’s possible that the “Astrotrain” is actually Micromaster Skystalker (who flew a space shuttle!) and there will be an Autobot version as Armada Jetfire. Possibly it will combiner to power up Power Master Optimus Prime into a flight mode (aka God Ginrai mode).

    7. Hasbro will make a Hardhead, Highbrow and Chomedome in the style of Generations Voyager Brainstorm.

    You ask why Ladybird would not have access to voices, sound effect and music from the Transformers TV series, since they are licensed Transformer products. The answer is simple. Hasbro didn’t make those sounds. Hasbro licensed Sunbow to make a TV show, and Hasbro licensed Ladybird to make audiobooks. Both Sunbow and Ladybirds had the show bibles and art Hasbro sent them, but they if Ladybird wanted access to something made by Sunbow they would have to buy that from Sunbow.

      I always enjoyed how Sunbow reused alot of their sound effects and music between shows. Noticing that Spiderman and His Amazing Friends busted a move to Jazz’s default playlist made me feel like these shows were in the same universe. Well…much moreso than Spiderman being shoehorned into issue 3.

    Wow!,folks have been busy since yesterday,new camera,going Down memory podcast road at dinner,predictions on future combine Wars items,(will love to see if those predictions do come true),and just enjoying the high quality show that the podcast is….it was really nice to go ahead and listen to the full episode yesterday and yes you guys were not late,but from as a certain Kenobi with say from a “certain point of View” when you guys have the podcast ready at 3 to 4 a.m. in the past download as you had in the past,from a “certain point of view” you are late (I do understand as long as it comes out on a Friday it’s technically not late) however I was able to redownload the podcast from last week and enjoy it,and getting cussed out from Yoshi at first I was a tad offended but then again I took it more of an honor as if anything else…if I’ve been listening up to all 113 episodes and I get offended it from him by now, then im not exactly a seasoned listener of the show am i?
    ps: “DUCK” YOU TOO YOSHI!!!

    Matthew by the way since you seem to be the audio story King about a lot of things can you see in any or give me information about a series of books one was about the time machine from HG Wells like who would it be from anybody else? the company’s name was “audioSee” i do belive ….

    Not as many comments today, listened in the car and couldn’t take many notes. In the future, if I leave a ton of comments, feel free to not read it all on the show. Just pick your highlights 🙂 My feelings won’t be hurt.
    -Darryl is doing the whole toy segment by himself when he comes back, isn’t he.
    -Boy do I want that Grimlock.
    -SDCC Devastator does look a little better in these pics.
    -Yoshi, my K’s look like H’s too, so how you write my name is A-ok with me.
    -Nicole, there are times I wish I had gone into the navy to become a captain. Especially since I could have possibly served on The Enterprise. Also, why stop at captain. Admiral Kirk has a nice ring to it, And I like Sky Lynx because he’s awesome. And a dragon. An awesome dragon. I mean c’mon.
    – I get Captain all the time, and I love it.
    – I was glad to hear Nicole on the show. She’s a favorite of mine on The Underbase.

    Hey Guys,

    Man I was so far behind on my podcasts I powered through them this week and I think I can even leave a comment in time???

    While I know you guys tried your best but good lord Daryl come back and save the toy section of the podcast….lol

    I really enjoyed the interview episode with Derek Yaniger. Seems like a really down to earth guy and humbled to be on the podcast, and that people are still interested in the work he did all the years ago.

    Also I picked up more comics and maybe I’m missing something but can you guys explain the textures thing?

    Oh and as per my tweet on Twitter CW Devastator was apparently confirmed for select Costco locations in Canada for $139.99 (plus tax) CDN. For that price I’ll pick up two. Now to decide if I should get the Japanese version as well….I’m just wondering where the hell to put 2-3 more toddler size toys. First world problem I know.
