- The scene where Yogurt displays his merchandising has a Transformers lunch box.
- Later in the movie the Spaceballs’ giant spaceship Spaceball One transforms into Mega Maid in a very Unicron-esque scene. Barf (John Candy) watches in horror and says, “It’s not just a spaceship, it’s a Transformer!”
